Purchasing a home is a stressful process, but I will say that Rob made the process almost stress free. His knowledge and professionalism put me at ease right away and best yet his follow through was exceptional. I was well informed along the way and never felt as if I was neglected or not important enough. I own rental properties, and in all honesty I HATE realtors. I told Rob this when we first spoke, and he just laughed and told me he does too, and that he would show me that he was the exception. He was nice and personable and in all honesty I appreciated his candor so I gave him a shot. Well Rob did not restore my faith in realtors, but he did make me realize that a good Real estate agent can make a difference and he lived up to his word and was the exception to the standard realtor. Rob was referred to us from a friend of the family living in Boca who had worked with him in the past. Right from the first conversation, Rob was very responsive, understood what we were looking for, dedicated, and gave us, first time home buyers, confidence in what we were doing.
We also were out of town buyers which made looking at houses difficult. Rob worked around our schedule and planned out showings at numerous houses while we were in town. I viewed approximately 12 houses on a Friday with Rob, then saw 5 of those houses again on Saturday with my wife who flew in that morning, and saw the one we liked the most again on Sunday. These showings consumed the entire weekend and were not easy to schedule because we did not know going into Saturday or Sunday which ones we would like but Rob did a fantastic job working with the listing agents to ensure we were able to see the houses again. Ultimately, we did not buy 1 of those 12 houses but we did eventually find the perfect one for us.
In general, Rob was an excellent professional and someone we would recommend to other family members looking to buy/sell a house in the area. He was quick to provide us with pros and cons of the features in each house (eg. direction of the lanai area, split versus stacked, natural gas burner which is rare in Boca, etc...). We couldn't be happier with the quality of service we received from Rob during the entire process, from searching for a home all the way to closing, even to after closing when he was still providing us with much needed information on switching over the services.

I can honestly tell you that when you need a Realtor, you need Robert and if you give me a minute I will tell you why. 1. When we set up our first appointment HE WAS ON TIME. 2. After we discussed and agreed on a value, he spent 4 hours helping us stage the place for the photos. 3. It was promptly posted on MLS and all of the public sites. 4. His honest and accurate description of our condo generated multiple showings and offers. 5. He called to inform us of the time of every showing when he or another agent would need access. 6. Every call or text was returned promptly and professionally. 7. When the big day came, he was there to make sure every I was dotted and T crossed. (He actually came to our condo; we were in the middle of moving and hand delivered the closing papers). If this hasn’t convinced you yet my friends, let me finish with this. We were selling a 100K condo and he treated us like we had a multi-million ocean front home.
